About Julie Freeman

I am a licensed dietitian with a master’s degree in counseling. I am a certified diabetes educator and have completed clinical training in behavioral medicine from the Mind-Body Institute. I have been practicing nutrition for over twenty years and have an avid interest in complementary and alternative medicine. I have developed and implemented a variety of programs tailored to individuals and groups, and have been featured on radio, national and cable television stations.

“My philosophy is one of believing that we are all in the process on a continuum. We are always evolving, learning and progressing. And occasionally that process needs support.”
